Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with XGC-litfurniture. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship internationally, including to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and other regions. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us at sales7@litfurniture.com to discuss shipping arrangements.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

For large or custom furniture items, lead times may be longer. We will communicate estimated timelines at the time of order confirmation.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, dimensions, and weight of your order, and will be displayed at checkout. For oversized or custom orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable rates before placing your order.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at sales7@litfurniture.com with your order number and photos.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible. XGC-litfurniture is not responsible for losses or damages caused by the carrier after dispatch, but we will assist in filing claims where applicable.


DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

For large furniture items, please ensure that:

  • Access to the delivery address is suitable for oversized items.
  • Someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • Any special delivery instructions are communicated to us at the time of order.
